Becoming A Sponsor:

  1. Review our Values Statement and Sponsorship Agreement to ensure we are in alignment.
  2. Select a sponsor level or propose an in-kind or custom package, by email to sponsors@bsidescle.com.
  3. Execution of Agreement and payment.
  4. Enjoy the pre-event promotions included in your package! Early birds get that much more time!
  5. Submit preferred logo by email and ship swag (300-500 pieces) by deadline in executed agreement.
  6. Table setup available as soon as day before event, teardown as late as following day. Early entry day of event is also included.

About BSides Cleveland

The BSides Security Conference in Cleveland is a premier event for the cybersecurity community, relaunching under a new board to foster the growth of information security in NorthEast Ohio. As a series of non-profit, community-driven conferences organized by and for information security professionals, BSides events provide a platform for attendees to engage in discussions, share knowledge, and collaborate on the latest trends and challenges in cybersecurity. BSides is unique in its focus on grassroots participation, inclusivity, and collaboration among both seasoned experts and newcomers in the field.

Speakers are chosen through a group review process that while CFPs are open, until the schedule is filled or CFPs close. Please note, speaker slots are not tied to sponsorships, to ensure focus is on the efforts and expertise of our community members.
