Review Our Values & Agreement
Read our Values Statement and review the Sponsorship Agreement to ensure alignment with our community standards.
Select Your Tier or Propose a Custom Package
Choose from our standard tiers above, or reach out to discuss a custom sponsorship arrangement that fits your needs.
Execute Agreement & Payment
Sign the sponsorship agreement and submit payment. We accept payment via our Zeffy sponsorship portal.
Submit Logo & Promotional Items
Provide your logo in the required format and ship 300–500 promotional items by the communicated deadline.
Table Setup
Table setup is available the morning of the event. Details on venue access will be provided after agreement execution.
